Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping rates (United States)

• Economy (5–8 business days): $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for orders 5–70 lb. Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• Standard (3–4 business days): $6.90 for orders up to 1 lb, $9.90 for orders 1–5 lb.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

International shipping

We ship to select countries outside the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier (USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International) and your destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bee Class Hair is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at brisise2006@gmail.com or +1 786-832-2601 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please see our Refund Policy. Hair is a hygiene product and must be returned unaltered, in its original condition and packaging.
